Shiva studied International Management & Finance at the University of Nottingham after attending the United World College of South East Asia. As Managing Director of Connect Ventures, he leads strategy and communication with a focus on sustainable growth and the people behind it. A sportsperson and performing artist, he also brings over three decades of martial arts practice to his approach to leadership.

Nandita shapes Firefly’s long-term strategy. Her background in software and computer science evolved into certified permaculture design, water treatment and management, and a diploma in Landscape Design. She is pursuing advanced studies in Environmental Psychology & Biophilic Design. Her work brings analytical thinking and ecological knowledge together to develop circular solutions that put applied sustainability into practice.

Priya leads regenerative practices across Firefly’s farms and estates. She studied Fine Arts at the Cleveland Institute of Art and is a certified Permaculture Designer, with additional certifications in waste management, waste treatment and water management. She combines ecological expertise with an artist’s eye for design and communication. Her attention to detail and follow-through connect complex systems to practical action.

Rahul combines mechanical engineering with hands-on knowledge of water treatment and management. He turns Firefly’s designs into working plans for constructed wetlands and closed-loop systems, guiding technical design and material selection. Raised in Coorg, he brings experience in mushroom cultivation and infrastructure, and supports the citrus farms through marketing and new opportunities such as pectin extraction.

Raveen holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Mysore School of Architecture, Visvesvaraya Technological University. His grounding in agriculture, environmentalism and sustainable building informs design that responds to the land. He works across conceptualisation, design, rendering and execution, keeping the ecological intent clear through every stage.

Ranjitha holds a Diploma in Architecture from JSS Technical Institutions, Mysore, and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Mysore School of Architecture, Visvesvaraya Technological University. She combines technical and creative design skills with experience in drawings and detailing. Her approach balances modern aesthetics with ecological sensitivity and careful execution.

Bhabana holds a Master’s in Botany from St. Joseph’s University. Her knowledge of plant species and environmental systems brings a research-led perspective to Firefly’s designs. She supports project and design outcomes through careful coordination, collaboration and practical problem-solving, keeping the work ecologically grounded as well as visually considered.
